PRINCIPAL PRODUCTION TO BEGIN

Antonelli Studios llc. is beginning production on a new film by Producer / Director Toney Antonelli, "Johnny Get Angry" & "Enter Darkness".

The next film, based on an original screenplay by Antonelli, is an introspective expression based on a non-traditional central character, an assassin named August who begins his existential journey after certain events transpire that lead him to investigate his own destiny and mortality.

Geared towards the Indie Film market, it balances intense action with cinematic artistry as seen in his earlier work, Enter Darkness, and will utilize the Studio's HD acquisition and Visual Effects capabilities.

"The goal of the project is to produce a picture with a relatively short turn-around, but maintain a high level of production value." Antonelli says. "After producing a 100+ Effects Film like Enter Darkness, I came to terms with doing more in in-camera storytelling and only using CGI when absolutely necessary. It took a solid 2 years to produce the effects in ED. Something I don't want to repeat on this production."

ENTER DARKNESS COMING TO THE WEB

The rumor is that Enter Darkness may be coming to the web soon as the website enterdarkness.com gets a rework. Toney Antonelli gives us the inside scoop.

"We have been playing with the idea of syncing up the launch of the new MadCircus.com web-a-zine by having the Enter Darkness web premier on that site at the same time." Antonelli is still pursuing several streaming distribution options, but he continues, "It's a really fun film, but has been plagued by the fact that it was shot in standard definition ...back in the "Tape Days". That shouldn't be an issue for a streamed feature."

Enter Darkness is a rich brand, according to Antonelli, but would be an intensive pursuit to develop further at this time.

"I have a finished screenplay for the sequel ...and I think it's great. Much better than the first one I might add, but when I started to breakout the production, well ...it was a nightmare. That's when I planned to move ahead with the "Lone Assassin" feature."

Antonelli continues, "Honestly, I'm just not feeling the drive to take on another Monster Production like Enter Darkness at this time."

MADCIRCUS.COM GETS A REWORK

In partnership with Antonelli Studios, MadCricus will be getting a rework.

It has been determined that the MadCircus brand is a perfect fit for an Arts and Entertainment portal by it's operating company and Antonelli Studios will be developing the site for a February deployment.

The new site will include;
